Lori at Lute Riley is AMAZING! I never remember those who sell me cars but I will always remember this lovely lady. She sold us (and gave us a great deal!) an HRV and we traded in our Toyota Avalon. It didn't don on me until later in the evening that I left a very important check in the visor of the Avalon! I frantically called Lori (on her cell, which she will give you!) and she made a special trip to back up to the dealership to get the check out of our car and personally deliver it to our home. WOW! We recently purchased a Honda Pilot, and Lori Zorn spent almost the entire day with us, helping us get all of the features we wanted on our new car. Lori also spent extra time with me after the purchase to make sure I was totally familiar with all of the technology and features of our new Pilot. She has followed up with us to see if we have any questions. When she told us that her help and service would "come with the car", she meant it! Thanks, Lori, for a great buying experience!!

I just moved to Dallas from South Carolina and being a teacher requires a great car on these Dallas roads lol. So, I searched the site on Sunday and went in on Monday and left that morning with my 2011 ford focus. The process wasn't as bad I thought it would of have been being that I am a first time buyer. Best customer service and Lute Riley Honda is willing to work with you. I highly recommend Lute Riley Honda!!!!!!
