Friendly service advisor while gathering my info., but I felt that is where my service advisors assistance ended. I am hoping my next visit is better and more informative. I would have liked to have had an advisor relay the questionable documentation noted on my receipt to me personally with explanation. ***It was a good experience but would have liked help in understanding notations at checkout for clear vehicular needs.

I went to the dealership for service on my Accord. While waiting, I walked over to the sales lot looking for a 2015 Accord that I spotted online. Ricky Bobby walked over & greeted me. He was actually the second sales rep to greet me; the first strolled away when I explained that I was there for service. We visited Lute Riley last evening cash in hand ready to purchase a used vehicle on their website. When we arrived someone else was looking at the vehicle and we were told it was not available and the salesman started trying to get us to look at other vehicles on the lot. Thank you for all your help and getting me the exact car I wanted! Lute Rileys prices were also the best I found out of all the honda stores in the DFW area not only for the vehicle bit also the roof rack I had installed.
