We ordered €5,000 worth of furniture and MONTHS later we haven’t received the furniture AND they won’t credit our credit card. We are now engaged with an attorney. STAY AWAY from this awful company.

Despite their SHIPPING POLICY stating delivery within 1 – 2 weeks for electrical products, it has now been 2 months! Their customer service team keeps promising a callback but it never happens. Instead, they continue to stall with weekly emails, providing no real action.
