FRAUD. Did anyone actually get their money back? If so please post how you got your money back. It’s so upsetting for people that struggle with money to go through this.
Thieves. We ordered a TV unit for £900. Failed to deliver on time. When trying to contact they avoid you. Tried to get money back and have been promised a refund multiple times. Despite a promise to pay “soon”. This has never materialised. Reported to the police and action4fraud. Do not use this company. They have stolen our money. Either the owner is a thief or this company is about to go bust.
I cannot recommend Lusso Living. It promises but fails to deliver, unable to contact anyone, phone number goes straight to voicemail. Emails unanswered. Left in limbo
AVOID!! Ordered a Bosch oven and realised it was the wrong model and requested a cancellation and refund. Received an email to say I'd receive a refund within 2 days but they failed to return my payment. They do not respond to emails and they don't answer their phone. I've had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and recover my money. Avoid this company at all costs!
Scammers. Took my money and never delivered my item. Do not buy anything from them. I wish I looked at the other bad reviews first
