I have been at this surgery for nearly 7 years, and it's the same now as it was then... quite poor levels of service, usual reasons demand and staffing issues....! Sadly it never changes which shows poor management.
Saw Dr. Regan for an appointment today, was blown away by how friendly, reassuring and professional she was. From the moment I walked in she made me feel at ease, listened attentively and provided clear and thoughtful advice. This surgery is very lucky to have her.
