Colleen performed my comforter treatment and it was absolutely amazing. I definitely needed that experience 💗 Can't wait to come back for another treatment!

My sister and I went into the Walnut street location on Sunday afternoon. We were welcomed immediately by Sunny. Her name suits her disposition. Everyone working that day was so kind, helpful, and available. I thought the entire atmosphere was delightful. Anushka took care at the register and invited us to add a piece of the new collection that my sister didn't have yet. Walking out of the shop that day has left me over moon. I stopped by with my boyfriend's family to check out the shop while we were touring the city. I work for LUSH and coming into a shop always feels like coming home. I was immediately greeted by Karen who chatted with me and even gave me a little tour and talked about the spa. I am super impressed. I will definitely be back through the next time I am in Philadelphia! Thank you Karen for the great experience.
The LUSH spa is amazing. So many different treatments and such a professional staff. The whole experience is an immersion into an English cottage, charming and relaxing from start to finish.
A little crazy inside.... but so many incredible products and smells. And everyone was so helpful- ready to make suggestions and answer all questions!
Always helpful and ready to give demos of products! I really appreciated that one of the wonderful ladies working was, like me, very pro-bird. If you like birds, know that you won't be out of place here. ���
The Lush Spa was an amazing experience! Memories (my massage therapist) is very beautiful person, She made it feel very comfortable from moment I arrived. I like how they introduce the Spa history, the variety of massage bars and organic produts. Every aspect of the good hour treatment was fantastic! All staff super helpful and friendly.
