I've gotten LUSH products offline before; But today was my first time going into one of the stores, and Jackie made it an absolute dream! She was kind, enthusiastic and helpful from the minute I walked through the door. Not to mention, knowledgeable about every question I had, (even some I didn't think to ask!) I had the most amazing, heavenly massage with Adrienne...I tried out the Good Hour, which was the best hour of my life! No joke- she really worked on all of the knots in my shoulders and back- she’s the bomb! Also the entire massage was such an experience, from the music to the smells...I loved it! Make sure to book your massage with either a complimentary shower or bath, both of which you get to try out different Lush products!
