Not too long ago I decided to upgrade to a new fragrance and had a friend recommend checking out a LUSH and this place happens to be near my work. First time walking in and I'm greeted by staff and when I tell them what I'm in for they were with me step by step helping me find the right product. That was my first time ever going into a LUSH and since then I've already come back a few times. I now understand why this company is such a big deal. I've had a number of treatments here so far over the past few years, and it's always an amazing experience. It's the best little secret in the city. Tina was my therapist for many and I highly recommend her, but all of the therapists are awesome! You won't regret stopping in.

This was an amazing spa experience! I'm in the business and have been to many spas, this is what a spa treatment should be. The store staff and the spa staff were both very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The spa was like walking into an English cottage in the middle of Philadelphia, cozy, inviting and beautiful. I don't usually write reviews but I had such a wonderful experience today at Lush, I figured it's worth sharing. Alex was such an awesome help in assisting with finding a gift for someone but also in helping me pick something out myself. I never went into Lush before because the strong aroma is usually too much but 2 mins in and talking to Alex, I became used to it. Alex even helped me find something for myself. I'll definitely be back to try out more products. Officially a fan off the customer service itself.
