I don't like to give 5* to any business because most people won't believe an outstanding review. My second visit to this store. This visit was for my bday spa treatment my son bought for me. From the moment you walk in smiles and hello's from every direction. Checked in, introduced to each person I walked by and everyone said Happy Birthday. Had a private party at Lush Walnut St for my daughter’s 13th birthday. There were five girls, and we had three lovely Lush staff taking care of us Sunday night. Anoushka, Ashley and Alex were fabulous with my daughter and her friends, gave fantastic mini-facials, product demos, and taught them (and me!) how to make bath bombs. It truly was a treat to have the store all to ourselves to try products and shop for great Lush goodies! Highly recommend having a private party here!!!

This place. You go in thinking that you know exactly what you want, and lo and behold, they have seven other items that you didn't even know were available, that you now need more than air. Somehow, even with being busy, someone finds you in under 5 seconds and does things like "is helpful," or "is knowledgeable" or "is amazing" so you spend time thinking whether you want to put in an application, just so that you don't have to leave. I tried there Trichomania shampoo and conditioner bar for my hair and I just love it! My hair feels very clean, it also calms my hair meaning no frizz! Thank you Lush
