I went to Lush today, and all of the employees are amazing. Melissa, Kai, and another lady (black and white striped shirt) knew so much about the products and were so helpful. I already loved Lush, but today I fell for it more. I can't wait to go back! It's amazing to meet someone who really loves the products and knows so much about them.
I love this location! The ladies here are so knowledgeable and helpful. Every time we visit I’m struck by how kind these folks are! They are so sweet to my toddler and have really cultivated her love of all things Lush! I have watched them take my daughter all through the store to let her smell and try each product! And she always leaves with a little sample! � such a great experience!
I seriously can't explain enough how AMAZING Garrett was today. Me and my mom went in and had never used any Lush products before. He spent an hour or more with us answering all our questions, explaining what different products do, and helping us pick the right items for ourselves. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. He was the sweetest and SO helpful.
Wow!! This Lush is such a breath of fresh air compared to the Westlake location. I was in last Tuesday (7/31) to buy a new deodorant, and was helped by Stephanie. She is an absolute gem! She was helpful, well informed about the products I was interested, whilst providing me with friendly chitchat. The rest of the staff seem lovely as well. I ended up purchasing T’eo, and I’m loving it so far. I will definitely travel a bit farther to shop at this location from now on.
I just wanted to let you know how phenomenal your staff is! Going anywhere with small children can be challenging at times. Especially when you have an extremely “spirited” 4yr old. EVERY TIME I come to your store, a staff member will jump right in and keep her attention by letting her do some hands on activity while I shop. You guys treat her like the tiny human that she is by engaging her curiosity and it’s so appreciated. Thank you!😘
I started using Lush products about 5 months ago and I love them! But one of the most amazing things Lush has is it’s wonderful staff. Jess makes you feel like family. She has helped me pick out gifts for people she has never met and they were perfect! She knows her stuff! Garrett, Amanda, Alexa, Laryssa, Amber, and Morgan are a few of your staff that have helped me and they have all been so friendly and knowledgeable. I never leave reviews but the staff at this Lush is sooooo amazing. I went in with some skin issues and Garrett (I think that is his name, he is an absolute angel) helped me come up with a routine that worked WONDERS. I went in again recently looking to try a shampoo bar and Garrett worked his magic again! Love love love the Summit location!
I love this store! Thanks Garrett for being so nice and professional. I will be coming back next time I'm in town.
