This store is wonderful and the employees are the best!! Thank you for going above and beyond to entertain my girls while I shopped! Our whole family loves LUSH and will make sure to stop at this location whenever we’re traveling through Birmingham. �
Today 7/5 at 3:40pm. All the associates were wonderful and went above and beyond. Made my shopping trip with my two little girls wonderful. Will definitely have to return soon.
The first time I went was back when you first opened and it wasn't the best experience. Last night while enjoying a stroll at the mall with a friend I decided to give it another try and she had never been. Hannah in short pump was amazing!! She was so knowledgeable and made learning about your products fun. Hannah is truely an asset to your company!
It's been a rough week for me and I unanimously walked into Lush for some dire needs. I want to thank Hannah for helping me out today, but especially for her excellent customer service. She was courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable about the products, that I inquired about. I'm not a huge fan of Lush but she really scored my heart with her kindness and enthusiasm. My wife and I came in to town to celebrate her birthday. We stopped by the store and it was an awesome experience. Kiera was super! She gave my wife so many free goodies just because it was her birthday. She was very knowledgeable about the products. She’s a great employee I have on your team.
