I absolutely love lush products just the quality and the morals behind them. The lush at Alderwood mall has amazing customer service which is something I usually expect from Lush. I was serviced by Mark. He was really helpful and he knew the product. He tied some personal stuff into what he was telling me about the product which gave me more trust in to buying!!!! Left lush a super happy dude!
I waited a few weeks to review what the AMAZING Kayla A. suggested for me. I have extremely dry skin and have been recommended oily skin products in the past by other Lush workers. However, this time was such a huge hit!!! I ended up buying the Sea Salt scrub, Turkish Delight shower smoothie, and got samples of Ultra Bland and a lotion for sensitive skin. Kaitlin is the best!! I've been working to overhaul my skincare and I came in asking about physical exfoliations and got super friendly and informative help!! I got very honest product recommendations and i didn't feel pressured to buy anything i didn't need. everything they recommended works wonderfully for me, Kaitlin is so knowledgeable about all the products Lush carries. My skin has never looked better and I'll be back for more soon �

Jordan was amazing. I do however wish more afforable id love to give up all departmant store shampoos conditioner and heavy face wash but overall customer service was amazing and atomosphere was perfect and Jordan explained everything in way made since and i got exactly what i needed and didnt try keep selling stuff that i was not looking for another reason ill come back as a treat unless they have coupons or sale i would make more stops to replace harsh chemicals that i dont enioy using just because of price.
