Listened to a LONG lecture about covid, which was okay but then when I finally got to look around the store I couldn’t find hair masks. Went to ask an employee about what I was searching for but they were busy talking to each other. Waited a bit longer and ended up leaving.

RecommendedBig S/O to Lush for the amazing customer service! Ordered a few products for myself and a gift for a friend for curbside pickup. Other than not being available on Sun/Mon, it was extremely effortless and well managed to pick up my order. They also threw in a few extra gifts as a generous gesture! We could all use a little extra love right now, and they went above and beyond! Will return for more goodies 😊
Absolutely love Alderwood! Everyone is so friendly and nice. All my questions and problems were answered. And might I add, I LOVE the Godiva shampoo bar. It is hands down my favorite. The smell is amazing, the two in one factor is on point. And it makes my hair so light plus refreshing. I have to gush about it 🥰
I went into Lush for the first time ever yesterday 3/31/19. It was an amazing experience Z & Laura took me around and explained things to me. Laura helped me find the perfect facial scrub/cleanser Angels on bare skin. I even got to see a bath bomb in action!!! It was so awesome! I will be back and bring friends!!! Picture below is just after one use of angels on bare skin. My skin is calm, oil free, and breakout are dried out and starting to heal!!! :)
Came in tonight with a vague idea of what I wanted. The staff were knowledgable, polite, and happy to help me find just what my skin needed! I felt so welcome in the store and valued as a customer ❤️
Lush Alderwood is fantastic. TyeLeah was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had just put a bath bomb in a bowl and invited my two young kids to check it out and play with it. We all had a very positive experience. Lovely products and lovely people.

I just had the most wonderful experience at Lush in the Alderwood Mall. I had got a product that gave me a horrible skin reaction. I was able to return the item for a full refund. I was also very surprised to get a few samples of products to try, for free. The team member that helped me was so sweet and so helpful! You have a customer for life!
