Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! They always have excellent selection and I love going especially at holidays for their limited edition items! 💕❄️🎄💐 I have been going there for years and I always have the best experiences. This past Boxing Day I had a tiny issue, and when brought to their attention they went above and beyond to make up for it! I’m so lucky to have the best Lush store ever!😌💕

I just had the most wonderful experience at Lush in the Alderwood Mall. I had got a product that gave me a horrible skin reaction. I was able to return the item for a full refund. I was also very surprised to get a few samples of products to try, for free. The team member that helped me was so sweet and so helpful! You have a customer for life!
I want to first thank Amy from the Lush at Short Pump. She was immensely helpful to me when I came in. She set me up with samples that catered exactly to my skin and hair. She definitely knows what she is doing. Go Amy!!
The staff and manager, Jess, are incredibly nice, kind, and helpful! It's the only reason I go to the Summit! And it smells incredibly wonderful :)!
Went into store on Monday. Didn’t have product I wanted in stock. Was just told to order online (expensive shipping). No interest in helping me. Called store today. Robin was delightful and helpful and willing to actually order product for me and hold it until I can pick it up after Thanksgiving. Here is hoping it works!
ZuZu absolutely made my night! I can not wait to try my new lush products! After a super long work week I stopped by Lush to grab some things, because come on, a Lush bath bomb with some wine after a stressful day is always a win! The ladies were absolutely sweethearts and made my night! Thank you for your kind spirit. I will be back very soon!!
today was my first time ever visiting and I ended up coming back to the store before leaving the mall. Every question was answered and ever need met. I brought my daughter (7yearold) and she was entranced by the magic that is LUSH. I will be back.
