Wow!! This Lush is such a breath of fresh air compared to the Westlake location. I was in last Tuesday (7/31) to buy a new deodorant, and was helped by Stephanie. She is an absolute gem! She was helpful, well informed about the products I was interested, whilst providing me with friendly chitchat. The rest of the staff seem lovely as well. I ended up purchasing T’eo, and I’m loving it so far. I will definitely travel a bit farther to shop at this location from now on.
Today 7/5 at 3:40pm. All the associates were wonderful and went above and beyond. Made my shopping trip with my two little girls wonderful. Will definitely have to return soon.
I love this store. All the products I’ve ever used have been amazing - from the bath bombs to the shampoo bars to the lip scrubs. I especially love the shower jellies and hope they never go away for good. Everyone is the store is always so kind, and every time I’ve been helped by Kaitlin, she’s been fantastic. Really helpful and super awesome. ��
I'll be honest, the first time I came into this Lush store, they were just new at Alderwood Mall so the sales felt a tad pushy. This time around, the girls on duty were very helpful and not pushy at all. They were really nice :)
I absolutely love every time I come into Lush! It's always a new experience thanks to Cody! And I always walk out with something new to try! Most recently I tried out the Hair Treatments and Cody really helped me find one that would be great for me and I'm excited to go back again soon to try another that Cody recommended! Amazing team, thanks for always looking out for the customers!
Was helped by jasel and zephyr. Even if I cleaned out my wallet it was so worth it. Both of them helped me a ton and were so kind. Definitely going back next payday!!!
I usually shop here here for my wife. Normally everything is great. I just bought her a “shampoo” bar. It was the worst thing ever. My wife went to exchange bar. They weighed it and subtracted from original value. Then gave her store credit. She bought a different shampoo bar. She used it once and I tried too. It was probably 3/4 used. It was that bad. Came in to find a last hope in dealing with some aggressive, stress induced, cystic acne. Cody suggested a trio of products to try out in a routine and promised incredible results. I purchased a full size of one of his recommendations and he gave me two large samples of the other. The next day, my cysts were reduced by HALF and over the next week or so were barely noticeable.
