You walk into the shop and are enveloped in the fantastic fragrances then you start looking around at all the beautiful things and, as long as it isn't too busy, one of the associates will always come up to offer to help, and each one of them knows what they're talking about. I am yet to have a bad experience there and dont think I will. The Lush store is one of the best places to be. I visit every chance I get.

Thank you Alli, Ally, Amie, and Rebecca for a fantastic party! My daughter and her friends had a wonderful time celebrating her 13th birthday at Lush. They had mini facials, sampled products, made bath bombs, and each girl shopped with a $50 gift card. You all did a great job explaining your products and helping the girls. It was a unique experience that I definitely would recommend. Thank you!

I’ve never felt so welcomed by staff in my life. I had no idea what bubble bars were until yesterday when I came in and now I’m preparing myself to be buying these on a weekly basis for myself and friends for the holidays. Everyone was so warm and explained the products so well I couldn’t leave without getting something!! Everything smells so good and feels great!!! Beyond impressed ��

This is a great place, with such a great staff! They always help me with any questions I have, and don’t mind me bugging them about what their favorite products are! Will always keep coming back!

Had a blast today with Rebecca and Dani, they showed me tons products to help with my finicky skin, and reaffirmed my love for my old favorites. Shout out to those girls, they made the hour drive worth it! �

my 9 year old had her birthday party at lush. I really cannot describe how amazing it was. the staff is kind, engaged, respectful and didn't talk down to the kids. they took their time with a mini beauty school. treated the girls like queens. a part of the store was roped off so that the girls had a table to themselves to experiment with bathbombs, lip scrubs, masks etc.. they helped the girls pick out appropriate products,answered questions with the patience of saints and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. thank you lush... read more

My favorite store to shop at!!! I only use vegetarian products and I love that I never have to worry about their products, it makes it so easy. I’m also currently switching to packaging free and I’m happy to say Lush has my back on that as well! Every experience I have in the store is wonderful, the associates are always pleasant and very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Sam. Absolutely excellent experience at this store tonight! Walking in, everything was set up perfectly and beautifully! However, the best part of my shopping experience was the service I received from Brianna & Ally (Piper); these ladies were both absolutely amazing! I was a little lost amongst the soap & was delightfully helped through the selection by Brianna who showed amazing knowledge about the products and their uses. We had a *fantastic* experience at Lush in Crossgates yesterday. I forgot the name of the man who helped us, but I must say that he went above and beyond for my daughter and I! We purchased some great things and LOVE our free gift, which was such an awesome surprise. Thanks so much!!
