I went to LUSH because I read the BuzzFeed article about the girl with sensitive skin who only used LUSH products for a month. Leah helped me find and try out the products she thought would work best for my skin. She was so incredibly helpful, and the other staff checked in on us as well. Everyone was so welcoming and non-judgmental, and I left with products I really feel will work best for me. My mother and I decided to give Lush products a try and boy was I blown away! The wonderful sales associate Mary spent over and 1 1/2 hrs with us explaining what all the products were and they're benefits. She was beyond friendly and very knowledgeable about Lush. I couldn't believe the results in just the one time use! We just had to get everything we sampled! I can't get over how much my skin has changed in just the 5 days I've been using it! Felt Offended. The woman in front of me was offered samples when she paid. My daughter-in-law was offered samples when she paid. When I paid I wasn't offered any samples. After mentioning I did not receive any samples, I was ignored. I guess I will have to go to the Rochester Lush to feel like I am treated the same as other people.

went today for the first time, everyone was so incredibly nice and eager to help/tell us all about the products we were checking out. left with a shampoo bar, solid conditioner and bubble bar and just took the most magical shower of my life.
You HAVE to go and try Lush cosmetics for yourself. I can promise you that you won't be sorry! My husband and I have been "Lushies for years.
