I drove two hours to this location to be disappointed again. I had a concern when I was ignored the first few times, I went in the store, I complained about it, lush the company more than compensated me for the experience, however I returned to the store, I had pots yo recycle. NO ONE assisted me once again, I found my usual products and proceeded to the counter, waited 3 minutes before anyone came to the counter, then when I made my purchase I get home and noticed the cashier put my new products is my old worn bag!!! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ally. She was so nice and helpful (I had 4 kids with me). This was my first time in lush and I’ll definitely be a regular customer.
Stopped by today to find some grease fighting shampoo for my 13 year old. The woman who helped us was AMAZING! I wish I could remember her name, but she said the shampoo bar she recommended changed her boyfriends life. I just want to say a huge thank you to her for her time and her helpfulness today! My daughter loved the store, she didn’t want to leave!
My daughter and I had a blast there today!! The nicest most knowledgeable people work there. We had so much fun-thanks for the great products and the experience!
Just got some great advice from Allison about some of the products at the store, would definitely go back!
