I just spent the last hour in the lush in crossgates, and Josh helped me so much! He was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. Everyone who works at this location is extremely kind and helpful. Josh was so friendly and really put his customers first!! Thank you for an awesome experience ❤️

I had a wonderful experience at the store this morning! I appreciated the staff answering all of my questions and giving me their appropriate suggestions! They were extremely attentive without being overbearing. Unfortunately they were out of the fresh clay blueberry mask I wanted to try, so I had to go with something different. They did inform me of schedules and shipments so I can be sure to get it next time.
Lush is an amazing company! How do I know? Because of the amazing employees that work at the Albany Lush store! Katt, Danielle, Amie, Rebecca, Lauren, Ally, everyone at this store is knowledgeable and passionate about the products and the good this company is doing for animals, humans and the world! I’m educated on something new every time I visit. Thank you for being here in the Capital Region!

I am so thrilled that there's a LUSH so close to me now. No more trips to NYC or waiting for a package to arrive! Wendy and staff are all super friendly and know everything about everything they sell in the store. In fact I'm pretty sure they might know me by name now! ;) I see a lot of my hard earned cash going here in the future!
