Came in for bath bomp, found out they have so much more! Staff very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Can't wait to go back and try other products!

Last night was the first time I've ever been in a lush store. The products are great cause they are all natural an organic an fair priced . But what truly sold me on them was how the sales associates interacted with my 4 yr old she was so excited to see everything an as a typical mom I'm telling her don't touch an they came over an let her touch different things an play with some off the products. They where so amazingly friendly an great with kids . I'll deffinitly be back
The store is Lovely! Can't believe how much wonderful stuff is packed into a small space. The staff is courteous, very helpful and willing to demo any of the products. So glad to have you in Albany NY. If your wondering what to try I HIGHLY recommend Big shampoo, The Buffy Bar (or Aqua Mirabilis if your skin is more sensitive) and if you dry flaky scalp try the soak and flat shampoo bar. Don't worry the smell goes away after rinsing especially if you use conditioner. GREAT JOB Lush.
Until a few weeks ago LUSH was irrelevant to me. Now that I've tried many of there products. I'm addicted to the power and quality of the soaps, moisturizers, and masks. Not to mention the brand as a whole is incredible.
First time to the store was a few weeks ago! All the girls were awesome! Faea did my makeup and is was phenomenal! We went around the store and I think I bought one of everything! Then I came back a week later and she still remembered my face And I bought even more, haha! She is amazing and knows her stuff! Love her combinations of smells she puts together!
I had my daughter's birthday party here and I can't say enough how wonderful the ladies treated my daughter and her friends. All I heard in the car on the way home was that this was best party ever! The girls were treated to facials and made bath bombs and had a wonderful informative tour of the store. Thanks again for the great time!
