This shop is a must for me whenever I visit Albany! The customer service is amazing. Every I go in I feel like I have my own personal shopper because everyone is always so attentive in answering my questions. This one sales associate, Michael, is always inspiring me to branch outside of my comfort zone and try out new products. Michael’s enthusiasm and knowledge of Lush products is the reason I keep coming back to this store.
Allison was fantastic and beyond helpful! We came 15 minutes before closing and she was so gracious answering my questions, recommending products for my dry skin, all while closing up for the day. She gave me a sample of something she recommended which was so thoughtful!
