No matter who is working - I’m always greeted so kindly. I have nothing but great things to say about their staff. Michael always helps me when I’m in there. He has recommended so many great products to me and ALWAYS jumps out from behind the counter to help me find a new favorite product no matter how often he sees me or how busy he is at the time of my arrival- he makes it known that I’m important to him and he’s there to help. The ladies in my life love this place so it makes gift-giving pretty easy. Personally liked their 'Celebrate' body scrub but they don't do that in scrub form anymore - just body lotion and dusting powder which I don't use (and therefore the reason I'm giving it a 4). The orange body scrub as an alternative is okay I suppose... It is certainly pricier than regular bathing products but I dig their ethos and their approach.
Renee was fabulous and very knowledgeable. She gave us a demo of face mask and didn’t pressure for any sales. She was very friendly. The products are high quality and I love their conscientiousness toward safety, kindness, and the environment.
