RecommendedFor a bunch of years, I have been obsessed with lush. Every single employee I’ve come across has gone above and beyond to help me with what I want/need/ am unsure of. I drove two hours to this location to be disappointed again. I had a concern when I was ignored the first few times, I went in the store, I complained about it, lush the company more than compensated me for the experience, however I returned to the store, I had pots yo recycle. NO ONE assisted me once again, I found my usual products and proceeded to the counter, waited 3 minutes before anyone came to the counter, then when I made my purchase I get home and noticed the cashier put my new products is my old worn bag!!! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ally. She was so nice and helpful (I had 4 kids with me). This was my first time in lush and I’ll definitely be a regular customer.
Shout out to Alli G., Rebecca and Cati who hosted my daughter’s 13th bday party last Oct. 14th! They were very helpful, kept the girls engaged and were so knowledgable about the products they were using. The girls enjoyed the demos and had a fantastic time trying different soaps and even get to make their own bath bombs! Thank you Lush for an awesome party. ❤️
Stopped by today to find some grease fighting shampoo for my 13 year old. The woman who helped us was AMAZING! I wish I could remember her name, but she said the shampoo bar she recommended changed her boyfriends life. I just want to say a huge thank you to her for her time and her helpfulness today! My daughter loved the store, she didn’t want to leave!
My daughter and I had a blast there today!! The nicest most knowledgeable people work there. We had so much fun-thanks for the great products and the experience!

I love this store! My group of friends and I visited today and it was such an amazing experience! Some employees that made our trip amazing we’re Dani, Catt, and many more!
