i went to spoil myself for my birthday and not only did the staff give me some free samples, but they sent me home with some extra goodies too. It’s always a great time shopping at lush and Michael and Allison (spelling?) are so great. I’m so happy that I got to speak with them and they were so helpful and recommended me products that would work well for my skin! Love lush 10/10
Had to stop to pick up some of my favs
Everyone in there is really warm and welcoming. There was a nice woman in there who I believe was named Allison and she seemed to know a lot abt the products and was very kind. Overall a great first experience in lush!
This lush in crossgates mall is very easy to access, near the entrance of where Texas de Brazil is located. For a small shop a lot of personality. Staffers are friendly and helpful when looking for products catering to specific needs. They have additionally tested the products themselves and can vouch for what works and doesn’t. You can ask for up to 3 samples and should you purchase a product that doesn’t work well for you, you can receive a refund as long as more than 50% of the product is unused in the container. STAY AWAY from this store. Not your typical Lush experience if you’re a regular customer, then you know the experience you are supposed to get. RUDE staff and manager that doesn’t care about customers. I was ignored, and when I asked a question they acted like I was a burden. I used to go into this shop all of the time and receive amazing customer service from Kristi and her wonderful team.
