I went in once to test drive an Altima. The salesperson was confused that she had to sit in the back so my son could sit in the front seat. I wasn't allowed to drive the car on or off the lot which I thought was very weird. They low balled me on my trade and I overhead the manager tell the salesperson I could go back to wherever they offered me more. We just bought our 3rd Murano. We have had excellent service in the past when oil change needed plus they do a complimentary 100 point inspection at the time. We had a great experience with our salesperson Elora. She helped us get acquainted with all the wonderful features of our new car. I recommend Lupient Nissan!

I absolutely love my Rogue. � I haven't used the service department yet but I'm planning to have all my service done there as well. Lora did a fabulous job explaining all the bells and whisyof my new ride and the finance department did an awesome job at getting the payment where I wanted it to be. �

They always treat me like a best friend, & I know this because I check prices on the Kelley Blue Book Value website, & after negotiations, their price is at least $300 less than Kelley Blue Book Value. I have been buying cars from the for years & 1 time they went just over $700 less than Kelley.
Great customer service!! I drive almost an hour from WI (across the river), to get my vehicle serviced here! Nate and his technicians, in the service dept do a wonderful job of handling my concerns. Would highly recommend this place.
