I just love Lupient Nissan! I bought my used 2003 ford explorer from them 5 years ago and got a great deal and loved my explorer but was ready for a newer vehicle. I had 3 vehicles in mind and emailed out to the dealerships. Since I work in a call center I can only take calls on my breaks and that is not how I wanted to spend my break. Being a female in a predominately males sales force, you learn quickly some dealerships don't take you seriously and it didn't help that I had a low down-payment and a tight budget. I was pretty clueless and thought my low tire pressure was because of the cold weather. When it didn't go away, I finally realized my back tire was down to 8 psi...almost flat. I called Lupient and they were closing at 5...and it was 430. I got there by 445 and they were all there waiting to help me as I pulled in. Needless to say I wouldn't have made it home and my tire had to be patched. Some of their technicians actually stayed an extra hour just to fix my tire! They are AWESOME! I love my Rogue. I bought it brand new in 2016, and I have to say, the buying experience was phenomenal. Took it in today for its first oil change (took me this long to get to 4900 miles. Lol). The service and the customer service is hands down the best!! I highly recommend Lupient for all your needs. I cannot praise them enough. Good job Lupient!! Keep up the great work. I am a customer for life!!
