Bait and switch. Felecia called, emailed, and texted several times today to confirm our appointment to see a specific vehicle. Show up and was told that vehicle, and the sales manager, were long gone, but they have other vehicles to show. DO NOT fall for the Facebook ads. Active bait and switch, pure and simple.
We just went in to check out prices and available used SUV’s after having totaled my car. We were met at the door by Mike. He was very knowable, helpful, answered all our questions and was low keyed and not pushy. We walked out with a Nissan Rogue that night. I love it. Would recommend Lupient Nissan with a 10.
