I have had a great experience with lune properties. The landlord is easy to get on with and kind, easy to contact and fixes things very quickly. He has been very accommodating with me replacing a previous tenant and the process was seamless. The property itself was lovely in a fantastic central location and has been an absolutely great home this year. I would very much recommend lune properties to anyone especially students in lancaster!
Nick has been an excellent landlord throughout the two years I have lived with Lune Properties. He is friendly, very easy to get hold of, and was always very quick to resolve any maintenance issues that occurred. The property where I lived was in an excellent location and the appliances and furniture were of a top standard, all at a very reasonable price considering the market. I highly recommend this smaller, friendly letting agent.
I couldn't recommend Lune Properties more! I rented in a 4 bed house in Lancaster for two years and couldn't fault the experience if I tried. Our property in paticular had an amazing location (central Lancaster, right next to a bus stop), ample and modern facilities (including excellent central heating, sturdy furniture, a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer), and most importantly felt more like a home than a student house!
