I ended up here after Specsavers gave me an incorrect prescription, which left me with a brand-new pair of sunglasses that I couldn’t use. The team here was incredibly professional and kind from the moment I walked in. They carefully checked the prescription in my glasses and quickly figured out where the issue was — Specsavers had accidentally written a + instead of a -. The service at Lunar is second to none. I was lucky enough to have found Lunar when they opened 10 years ago and have been helped to choose beautiful frames ever since. The varifocal lenses are pure quality and so light to wear. Can't recommend enough.
first time buying glasses; was apprehensive about what I needed, but the team at Lunar were amazing. Alice offered great advice and there was no pressure, really made me feel at ease. The quality of the glasses and the lenses are amazing. Cannot recommend enough!!! Update: just bought my second pair....once again, outstanding service....love love love!!! If anyone is considering moving away from the routine of specsavers/vision express, please get to Lunar Optical, best decision ever!
Awesome selection of glasses, and really helpful customer service
I was delighted with the service I received from Jill at Lunar in Clifton. I’ve been using a larger firm to prescribe my glasses for many years. But recently, I felt that the prescription wasn’t right. I went to Lunar to be retested and was given a different prescription. I wear varifocal glasses.
