Outstanding service from Lumbry Park from the reception team to the veterinary team and everyone in between. They made us feel comfortable that our dog Ember was being taken care of in the best possible way when we were very worried about her health. After referral from our local vet, Lumbry Park acted immediately. My dachshund received an examination, a scan and back surgery within a few hours. Cate gave us all the information we needed to make a sensible choice of the options available. I knew I was leaving her in safe hands. Cate contacted me every day to keep me up to date with my dog's progress and after three days we collected her and were given specific instructions about her after care.
