I had the best experience in the newest Lululemon Birmingham. I had the most accommodating staff member named Caroline who was not only knowledgeable about all the pieces in store but so informative about what works better in terms in length, size and activity. I want to really share how impressed I was by her customer service, how understanding she was and her amazing personality. Can’t even fault her absolutely amazing thank you for a such a wonderful experience. I will be back.
I recently was in Birmingham for work and as it is hard to find a real lululemon store in Germany, I was excited to see there is a new one in Birmingham. I was here during Saturday noon, which was rather busy, but I had an awesome time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lululemon Birmingham – Such a warm, welcoming experience. Stepping inside instantly brought back that familiar, comforting scent I remember so well from visiting stores in Hong Kong. Lovely store and lovely staff, helpful but gladly not pressing or coercive at all which is just how it should be. Aaron in particular was great. Would recommend:)
