Online purchase- I bought something but didn’t like it and it was poor quality so I’ve sent it back. They charge crazy money for delivery of a small parcel (under 1kg, I had to pay £6, no other option was available). This can be easily done for less than £3(inc tracking). You could offer a free return label at least in this case. I have had to cover return cost myself...Anyway I still haven’t received my refund which is apparently not a full amount of what I spent there+ 2x postage costs.. no item, no money back. Not the best experience with these people. After sending them two emails and a Facebook message enquiring about availability of a product, I decided to ring them after having no response at all. My question about delivery was handled by someone who clearly didn’t know much about delivery. Trying to get the straight answer from her was like pulling teeth. Zero customer handling skills. Quality products, unusual pieces, excellent prices and customer service that is second to none.
