From our first communication with Lukas he was very polite and helpful. On arrival at our home he was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Lukas checked our system for faults and found out, the solar system wasn't properly connected. As well I didn't have an app to see what the system were producing. He installed an USB stick for this. As well he explained everything to me, about the system. I didn't know before, because we bought the house and didn't have any clue about this. Furthermore Lukas cleaned the solar panels. Excellent service, very professional and knowledgeable. All panels cleaned and system checked for faults. Lukas took the time to explain how the system works and what to look out for if the system develops a fault. Will certainly be using again.
