Amazing experience here, the massage therapist Veen was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Clean and relaxing atmosphere, will definitely be back.
I purchased a voucher for a friend as a gift & when she went to use the voucher, the London branch of Luenire had closed. She was instructed to go to Birmingham to use the voucher, which is completely impractical. The other option that was subsequently offered was a refund of the cost of the voucher. We agreed on a refund in September 2024 & have been going back and forth to secure a refund since then. It's now 10 months later & we have stopped hearing back from Luenire. Absolutely amazing and it was nice to have a dry spa for a change instead of been in chlorine so I would 100% recommend to anyone who is wanting a nice chilled relaxing day absolutely worth every penny thank you girls you all did amazing Courtney your facial and massages wow outstanding 5* definitely will be back!! & the Dermaplaning just wow!!! Feel like a new women today!

Thought I was getting a full body massage but apparently not as I circled more than one option when asked what part of the body should they concentrate on. But other than that it was good.
