Cannot get an in person appointment for love nor money. Have been on antibiotics repeat prescription for acne for over a year, without one doctor having ever laid eyes on my skin. My little cousin is at a doctors in east ren has been put on the same medication for his acne, has been seen my a doctor in person to assess and will need to be reviewed in person in 3 months. Ludovic medical practice is a disaster, receptionist are very rude and don’t understand how they are still employed, they don’t have the time to listen and the doctors don’t even check patients anymore which is disgraceful. Never going there ever again
