Called in and enquired about a rental property, I asked questions and gave the floor to the lady on the line to add any extra important detail I may need before I give her my details to sort a viewing out. After all my details were given to her she then said the property isn’t up for rent for a HMO. Surely this should have been made clear from the start especially when I asked her if there’s anything I should know about the property??? I told her this and she got very defensive.
