Zee the person behind Ludlow nutrition is a true motivator! Not only does she build you up with confidence, she helps you along your weight loss/ fitness journey and gives you the motivation, confession, healthy choices etc for when you’re having a bad day. A great little community!
Ludlow Nutrition is an amazing wellness club in the centre of Ludlow. Zee is a fantastic lady who really knows her stuff, is very friendly and encouraging and has some fabulous products. Shes really helpful and spends time with you fitting your nutrition plan around your lifestyle. Can’t recommend highly enough!
A weight loss program that actually works! I’ve lost 4.5kg in the first 6 weeks & reduced my metabolic age by 9 years. Cannot recommend this enough.
