An excellent organisation with true local service levels, meaning they go above and beyond. I won't bore you with the details of the parts, etc. but essentially they had done all they needed to, but rather than simply say 'not our problem', they offered thoughts and recommended next steps, they even took extra time looking with us at what might be the cause of the bigger issue and ran some initial tests which they didn't need to do. We will certainly be back here. Thanks!
