These guys really know how to take care of their customers. My hubby and I went in this evening. They where quite busy and we where pressed for time. Server took a little longer than we needed and so I went to up to the counter to order. Well next thing you know they just couldn't do enough for us. They upgraded our pizza and brought us cheese bread and another appetizer at no cost. We ended up paying $10.88 for more food than we could eat. Thank you guys
I'm giving five stars because it's the real deal. They really nailed it on the sauce, it's just like east coast pizza. I highly recommend Lucy's to anyone who is looking for REAL pizza. We just found our favorite pizza place. Thank You, J and Family
This was the third trip. It was during a slow time of day. It started all too normal. Screaming kid nearby. Server need to be flagged down by the kitchen to get off her cell and seat us. Not good. This time we went for pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms. It came out perfect. When a piece was folded (you do eat it like a New Yorker I assume) it had the correct structure that the front drooped just right for the first bite, and had structure for the rest. Great pizza. AWFUL service! Your employees sat there making fun of my name as they couldn't find my order. Finally they find it and the pizza box is open. The girl at the counter chucks it and says "there it is". I had to sit there and close it before leaving. She just walked away.

Wish I went there sooner, from Pa. Finally found a good pizza. Yummy, I would suggest Lucy's for anyone looking for real pizza.
Pizza is decent but the service is non-existant. Went in to stay, they didn't acknowledge me for ten minutes then assumed I was ordering to go and boxed up something and sent me on my way as I attempted to ask for a beverage. Too busy to figure out why I'm there, I'm too busy to leave a decent tip. I've been in a hundred times and it's always the same. Nobody seems to even want to be working there.
Best pizza in Orem. Great wings that are only $5 on Saturday.
This place is the best! Having lived in New York. I give this place 6 out of 5 stars! Great staff and quick service!! Bring out the family! They always have a great deal going on. Enjoy this pizza it's the best!!
