I placed an order online, and went to pick it up because it was a busy Friday night. My pizza wasn’t made correctly, but they were quick to make it up to us. Both pizzas were made fresh and 18”, they were very apologetic, and quick to get my correct order to me. Living in the world we do, it’s nice to see people/businesses take accountability and fix it quickly. We love the food at Lucy’s and the service is really good lately. Much appreciated! Thanks again for great customer service and delicious real ny style pizza!

honestly the service was probably the best in years. a manager actually stopped by and did a table visit. always been a fan of the food...the service has always lacked significantly until today. Lucy I believe was our servers name. thank you. we enjoyed the experience..they seem to be making a few positive changes...they were MUCH needed.
Hands down best pizza in Orem! Probably the whole metropolis, really.
