RecommendedWe adore Lucy’s Pizza! I love watching them toss dough, and the flavors and textures of their pizza and calzones are pure New York. Equally as impressive is the service. It’s fast and friendly, and they make sure you’re satisfied. Today my hubby’s calzone was a little crispy, and though we didn’t say anything, the waitress brought out an additional calzone because they wanted to make sure ours was done “just right.” We crave Lucy’s Pizza, and they’ve won our loyalty for life. 🍕❤️

I've always your their pizza, and I've lived with how slow your lunch service is. (Seriously, I shouldn't have to do the whole sit-down-meal drill for a slice.) But after you charged me $2,000 for a $20 lunch, you refused to do anything other than void the transaction. That still leaves my checking account bricked for the next two days. Okay, so I have to say when Lucy’s is good, it’s amazing! But this is the third straight delivery order that is completely wrong or things were forgotten. We ordered a Canadian bacon and black olive pizza, with buffalo wings with ranch. We got a Bacon pizza, buffalo wings that were dry, no ranch. I had to make my own buffalo sauce to try and drown them to make them palatable. This is the second time this has happened with the wings. Last time I couldn’t salvage them. Burnt crunchy pizza. Sounded like eating a taco! Wrong toppings on one of the pizzas! Not NY pizza! Coming from someone who lived in NY last 8 years
