RecommendedPlease bring back the kids meals and fried mozzarella. Also how can the Flavor of the Month be cheese, when that’s one of the choices for slices??
Worst experience ever. It took so long to get our food. Drinks were empty when when we got our food.... they remained empty the entire meal. Had to beg for a water! Honestly I like the pizza but byob!
Placed an order at 8:05 tonight, was told wait time would be 20 minutes. Then I get there and they said it would be another 20 minutes. It is now 8:57 and I still don’t have my pizza, apparently someone they’re training “took it”. They tried to compensate by remaking my pizza a size bigger and making me wait some more. We're waiting for a server. People are standing around. It's been 15 minutes. It's slow and 2pm on a Tuesday. Posting this as we wait for service.
We always end up leaving disappointed, whether it's because the delicious, fresh pizza is gone, we're too full to finish the cannolis, or because we can't simply live off Lucy's.

Placed an online order and they “never received it” so we’re being charged $50 and are left with no dinner. The pizza is great but the service here is so bad it’s not even funny. Frequently have bad experiences and it’s starting to outweigh the quality of the food.
Menu and selections were excellent; service was professional; ambiance was very pleasant, pizza was superb as was the cheese cake and the prices were very reasonable.
As a born and raised New Yorker, I'm very picky when it comes to pizza and especially pizza that claims to be "New York Style". There are plenty of places that try but Lucy's gets it right! The dough, sauce, cheese, bake and SIZE of the slices are on point for New York pizza. We really love the lunch special too. For the amount you pay and the amount of food you get, it's a better deal than anything you could get at a fast food place.

Best pizza I have ever had! Preston is an amazing waiter too! He has the most amazing personality as well as all the other employees. They really put off a great vibe and show you that they really care about you. We’ll definitely be returning to eat and see Preston again!
