roofing verandah (latest) I found Luc's Roofing back in the 1990's, after I bought my 1907 era house in downtown Toronto. They did an excellent job then, and they have been there for me ever since. Luc and his son Ben are straight-up, honest, wthout BS, and they get the job done professionally, cleanly (no bits and pieces left on the ground) and quickly. New shingles on house roof I'm in the trades myself and generally have a low opinion of roofers. Typically messy, loud, ill mannered ...and it usually takes 4 roofers to make a full set of teeth - so Luc's roofing was a welcome surprise. Roof/chimney flashing I called several different companies for this repair. Even though it was a fairly small job, it was very important to me. One company returned my call two weeks late, and never showed up to give me an estimate. One company gave me an estimate, but never responded to my follow-up questions. Roof We had a leak from our old roof. Luc's Roofing responded promptly to our call, emailed us a written estimate quickly (came to the house on a Saturday) and completed the roof in very good time. Roof Shingle replacement Luc's roofing was recommended to us by a neighbour. We found his pricing to be fair and they did a top quality job. The workers were friendly, and kept a clean worksite. The job was completed on time and even though he had to replace some patches of rotten wood, he kept to his quote. We would highly recommend Luc!

Roof - shingle and flat Choosing any tradesperson is tough but roofers are probably the toughest because unless you've been a roofer, you don't really have a great understanding of the job. We got about 6 quotes to have the shingle and flat roof replaced on our 90-year old semi-detached house. Luc's Roofing's quote was in the mid-upper range. Roof Repair We had water dripping in our bedroom due to damaged shingles on our roof. Ben from Luc’s roofing came by to provide an estimate for replacing our roof. He provided an estimate that was in line with other roofing companies, but more importantly he looked at our roof and confirmed what we already believed, the shingles did not need replacement yet. He told us that he could replace the damaged shingles as well as do some cocking of nails that were visible as it wasn't necessary to do the entire roof at this time. As... read more
