Replace shingled roof, skylight, flat roof, repaired some wood Luc hired a very competent subcontractor company and we were very pleased with their work. I'm not sure what extra value we were paying hiring Luc as a roofing contractor, other than he deserves a finder's fee I guess as he can help you avoid the poor quality roofers. But as a contractor, he was friendly enough as long as I didn't raise any questions, but seemed to get insulted when I had any questions on his decisions or pricing. new roof Luc's Roofing Ltd was very efficient and on time. We needed a rush on the roof because of leaking and the weather this January was very cold. This did not stop Luc and his team. They came early and worked right through one day and half the next day. They cleaned up and we would never have known at the end of the day that anyone had been here. That is how clean they left it. I would recommend them to anyone wanting expert service with a smile.

New Roof The original builder of our 15 year old house had done a terrible job with the ventilation in the roof. Thanks to Luc's vast experience and expert advice, we now have proper ventilation and a great looking new roof. His men worked diligently to get the job done and left no mess behind. We knew we were in good hands with Luc. We would highly recommend him.

New roof This was the second roof that Luc and his crew have provided, the first one, 15 years ago. We were away when it was installed. When we returned, we were treated to a beautiful new roof, with no sign of any debris or harm to our plants or property. A job well done!

Reshingle Standard Roof These guys were great! We had a leak in our roof back in January. The shingles were old and so we knew the thing to do was re-shingle the whole roof, rather than try to patch. Luc was very responsive to communication and his customer service was impeccable. His crew was able to fit us in right before a big snow and rain storm that surely would have caused us a lot of problems. shingles on slanted roof I called Luc because of Homestars and the roof was in rough shape. Luc explained how time consuming replacing a slanted roof it. The person came and did an excellent job leaving everything beneath as clean as possible.

re-roofing after 17 years I'm the neighbour across the street from Yvonne (previous submission). Luc's Roofing did my house in stages 17-15 years ago. Just now had to re-do the flat roof and south-facing slope on a semi-detached, and the garage. As they were then, and continue to be with Ben (son of Luc), they are very professional. Flat roof replacement Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the work that Luc's team has done. The new roof looks beautiful, and they cleaned up wonderfully once they were done (our eaves troughs are even clean). Everyone was very friendly and professional. Installed the metal flashing on the rool that was missing and resealed the skylights I called Luc's Roofing on a referral and got an immediate professional response. Luc came over to my new house at the scheduled time. I showed him the home inspection which set out the issues with the roof. Luc inspected and gave me a quote and offered to check the seals on the skylights while up on the roof. His employee Roman came a few days later as agreed to with Luc and he was lovely.
