Pitched roof re-shingling My house has a flat roof in back and a pitched roof in front. The pitched roof needed reshingling. I contacted Luc's Roofing based on the Homestars comments. I was not disappointed. Luc came by my house at a time that was convenient for me and we discussed the various options in terms of materials. Roofing Luc and his brother did our roof 15 years ago, so when we had a minor leak I called him to check it out for repair. He explained that 25 year shingles only last for about 15 years (go figure) so it was time to redo the roof. This time we used 50 year shingles! Luc's son did the job with a team that was punctual, polite and tidy. A job really well done! Thanks guys!

Roofing Luc’s did a great job on our residential flat roof not long ago. The original estimate had been done the previous year, they said there was no immediate need for replacement, and they still honoured it 12 months later. Ben and David were really pleasant; the work was done on time, as described, with meticulous attention to detail, quality materials, and conducted in a highly professional manner from start to finish. Roof repair Luc put a new roof on our house a few years ago. This winter we had some leakage through a bathroom ceiling vent. We called Luc an he came right away to see what the problem could be. At the time there was a lot of ice and snow around the house and he couldn't get to the roof. Luc promised to come back a month later and he did. He was able to assess the problem and recommended that we put a whirly vent to help with condensation problems in the attic which was likely leading to the leakage from the vent. New Flat Roof Like many people with roof issues I was in a desperate situation, as my leak was threatening the existence of my new bathroom. Within 12 hours Luc had measured my roof, given me a formal quotation and had the repair scheduled within 72hours. Ironically of the 10 contractors I had called I only received 1 call back (a week after the work was completed) and several rude receptionists. Roofing We live in a townhouse. We had some water damage 1 1/2 years ago. At that time the insurer said the roof was good for another 20 years. We had our roof cleaned regularly of all leaves and other material that could obstruct the eaves. With the major rainfall this past summer here in Toronto, we again had water entering the house. Roofing Luc’s Roofing replaced the shingles on our semi-detached home and detached garage. The men were professional, attentive, courteous, and worked very hard. Ben kept me informed as they progressed and identified additional materials and work needed for the shed which required extensive repair. The work looks absolutely fabulous and the shed is no longer leaking! We highly recommend Luc’s Roofing.
