New roof and eaves. We had a number of quotes and went with Luc, they were not the least expensive, nor the most expensive, and came highly recommended from friends. Luc was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us great advice about what we needed to have done. He gave us an accurate quote. We are happy with the job and the service we have received regarding the completion of a couple minor challenges that needed to be changed.

Roof leak on flat roof I found Luc's on HomeStars last year when I needed my porch roof replaced on my 100 year old semi. Luc gave me a very clear explanation of what needed to be done and a reasonable price ($1700). The work was done in one day, including changing out two rafters and the clean up was so thorough that when I arrived home from work I couldn't believe that it had been done! Small Roofing Job We thought we had a hole in our roof and found Luc's Roofing through Homestars. Luc came out to have a look at the problem which turned out to not be a problem at all - it was just an illusion. He did notice a few other issues and said he could fix them for their minimum fee which we found very reasonable. Roof Inspection, Touch-Up I just bought a home near Chaplin and Avenue, closing 17 November. I wanted to ensure the roof was good to last through the winter. I gave Luc's Roofing a call and asked if they could send someone to check it out and let me know what needs to be done. Their reviews were excellent. Shingles and flat roof Ben responded to a request for quote very quickly and was very detailed in his inspection. The crew appeared to do a good job and cleaned up carefully. Overall I am very happy.

Racoon roof/wall damage We bought a house in East York but the home inspection missed a gaping hole in the side of the house made by a racoon. Luc came by promptly, helped us seal up the hole with sheet metal, and even sealed up a chimney crack, completed a general roof inspection and did it all on the spot without hesitation. Truly awesome service!

Outstanding Craftsmanship and Service I've used Luc's Roofing for all my roofing work over the last 10 years. Luc and his staff are artisans and craftsmen. New roof The eighteen year-old roof on my bungalow began shedding shingles in a recent wind storm, and Luc's Roofing was highly recommended from a friend in Cabbagetown.
