Roof and Eavestroughs I live in a typical Toronto semi with a shingled roof in front and flat roof in the back. Anyway, the shingled part of the roof was in bad shape and started to leak so I got a few quotes from roofers including Home Depot (someone had recommended them to me). Each roofer told me the same thing and all of the quotes were in the same ballpark, except for Home Depot who were almost a 1000 over the rest! Roof Inspection and Preventive Maintenance I had recently purchased a home in the East York area and wanted to make sure that the roof was in good shape. A friend of mine had recommended Luc's Roofing as he had used them for his own roofing need. Ben Corriveau had come by my house the day after I called for an inspection. New Roof and ceiling on front porch Luc's roofing was recommended by neighbors and I met with the owner for a quote on a job that two previous companies had not been able to remedy. They fixed the unfixable and were everything you would want in a roofer. So when it came time to replace the entire roof I felt confident using Luc's. Roofing We were extremely happy with all of the work done by Luc’s Roofing. This work entailed roofing not just the house, but an attached carport that – as it turned out – had deteriorated significantly below the surface. First, the existing black shingles of the house were replaced by brown shingles in an overlap pattern that really makes our roof stand out among those of our neighbours. flat roof, shingles I found this company on HomeStars. They were completely professional. Ben was exceptionally engaged in the project and put me at ease. He supervised the job during and after its completion and provided photos to show me exactly what was done. The installers did a beautiful job and an amazing cleanup. Roof and roof repair Luc's Roofing did a great job on our steep Victorian roof seven and a half years ago; it's still perfect. Earlier this year I emailed them to ask about a couple of shingles that have curled up on the side of the house. Luc emailed right back and came the following day, then Ben came the same afternoon, apologizing that it took him a bit longer to locate the same colour shingles, and fixed everything at no charge! re roofing of a porch roof very professional, knowledgeable and honest. we talked to 4 roofers before we chose Luc. We decided to go with Luc because he knows his stuff. he is actually going on the roof to inspect the roof before quoting (other roofers did'n). he uses good quality materials. Tom

High Pitched + Flat Roof and Limited Access - 2 phase project Luc's was recommended years ago by neighbours with the same sort of old (100+ yrs) Toronto houses - Luc and Ben have been great - they have a few crews with different specialties, along with very good admin staff. I drove past another Luc's sign on someone's lawn today, just down our street.
