Awesome service and a phone call a week after making sure all was good with the car. Before viewing the car a walk round video was sent to me and video call. All cars there are priced very well and all in good condition.
If I could give minus stars I would. Disgusting service, car ‘serviced and passed mot’ however lots wrong with the car and should not have passed MOT. company ignored all requests to help resolve. Car dirty and stunk of cigarettes. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY
Bought a car yesterday from Lucky MotorHouse. 5* great friendly small family run business. The car came with all documentation. Including all receipts. Car was as described in the advert. Before going to look at the car I did my own checks first, I checked the MOT history, and also did my own HPI checks..... The car is in very good condition inside and outside. Please take note of all the bad reviews I bought a car from here last August and can honestly say the car i bought hands been a nightmare since the drive home. The list of problems on the car is endless I feel embarrassed to name them all. Headlight sensors light warning! Tyre warning sensors (tyre kept going down needed new inertube and tyre) Under the car the front grill was loose and making a knocking sound. That was the first week of owning the car!!!
