December 31st 2005 was the last night for the popular and fun Pelican Club in Cape May. It was our landlord’s decision to turn that space into condominium units (a trend that is all too familiar on the east coast shore towns, but that is a whole different story), so we (the Pelican Club Family) had to move on. The food is delicious! Shrimp and crab cakes were divine; the u-peel-ums were huge and crisp; the veggies were perfectly cooked; steak sandwich was to die for; and my 7 year old son loved the pizza so much he ate the whole pie. One of our favorite local spots.

great atmosphere, awesome food! you can get anything from pizza to filet mignon. yummy appetizers, daily specials. amazing staff all around, hostesses, servers, bartenders, chefs, cooks, pantry, expediters, runners, bussers, and dishwashers.
some times there is a long wait to get in, but it's that good
