Mixed feeling writing this review. Initially everything was amazing and I expected to be leaving a glowing review but the end result has been tarnished so this is possibly more balanced than it would have been. First off the team are lovely - the design process was smooth. The guys that arrived initially (Toby and I forget the other man’s name) were just lovely. We are absolutely thrilled with our new Master Bathroom, designed and installed by Luck and Fuller. Kenny and his team took the time to understand our interior design style, looking at rooms we have recently revamped and suggesting colour combinations that I hadn’t initially considered. The bathroom was then expertly installed by Marcus, who was fantastic, especially with his eye for detail! The resulting room is both beautiful and functional.
