Lucerne House provides a very person centred approach and always tries to maintain a loving feel for all. The staff team are very dedicated to their clients and love getting involved in their day to day activities. I highly recommend the home.

Lucerne House is by far the best care home I have worked in, in all the 17years I have worked in care. The manager runs the home very well, the staff team are fully competent, caring people, regularly trained in all fields needed, the home is clean and tidy, and most importantly the service users are happy, content, well fed, all personal needs tended too... and every single one of the 10 service users would choose to stay at the home.
