I would not suggest this place to anyone. Refused to give a fair price for trade in. We were told they didn't need customers to buy their cars because they owned them.
Customer Service Goes a Long way. It's a shame that some businesses don't remember that

I get my 2004 Honda Civic serviced here all the time. The service is excellent and everyone is always friendly and eager to help. They make suggestions about the future services you need and always call if there's an issue outside of what you brought your car in for. I've never bought a car from this dealership but I've got my eye on the new Honda HRV :) With their great service, I'm sure I'd have a great buying experience as well.

I came to Lucas Honda knowing exactly what I wanted. Charlie Kelnhofer was the sales person that helped me through the process. Mr. Mark Horner, a manager, also assisted along the way ensuring I received the best value for my price range. Both were extremely professional and helpful along the way.
