Dylan Rukab is awesome! He will work hard to get you in the car of your dreams. He is courteous, professional, patient, knowledgeable and just a great guy. I had an awesome experience at Lucas Honda. The sales manager was equally great. It was worth the drive.

In regards to sales, they are great. However, having dealt with Jim Bolt while purchasing a vehicle, I would avoid at all cost. The moment you deny any additional services is the moment he will belittle you and treat you like nothing more than a number. Once we finalized our paperwork, he proceed to say you’re finished and grabbed the next packet of paper. Did not even have the courtesy of a handshake.
After having a bad experience at a dealership close by, we found the same exact car at Lucas Honda with 20,000 less miles, for a cheaper price. We let them know exactly what monthly payments we could make, and they worked with us instead of trying to get us to pay more. Johnny was extremely helpful, and all of the other staff members were very friendly. The process was painless and a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships we dealt with.
I purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot trading my 15 Honda van. My salesman I will leave nameless. My experience was eventful. He seemed less interested in making a sale. Josh the sales manager was AMAZING and ultimately made the deal. He stepped in and did a great job meeting me in a deal for my pilot. I appreciate his time and listening to me. Thank you josh for being a good representation for the company you work for.

My first Honda experience was my Honda Civic 2003. I owned this car for 12 years and I have to say I had absolutely no issues with this vehicle. My husband and I recently bought a 2018 CR-V. The entire process was pleasant. Steve Roberson was the salesperson that helped us. He seems like a genuinely good person. He followed up with me just yesterday to remind me of an IOU for a part that was missing when we purchased the CR-V. As for the service department, we have taken both our Honda's in to be serviced for the last couple of years. They are always very professional.
